Administrative-accounting practice: linking theory and practice in the professors’ initial training

Abstract

This article focuses on the findings of a research project whose purpose was to reveal how external practices contribute to the linking theory and practice in the initial teacher training. In addition, identify the perceptions and assessments that those involved in this process make about this formative experience. The method combines quantitative and qualitative techniques, with the intention of understanding reality in the study. It involves the participation of distance program students, teacher advisors and tutors of the practice centers. The research results show that the implementation of this training experience has contributed greatly to strengthen and strengthen the disciplines of the field, as well as the development of generic competences.
