Design and development guide of auto-instructive modules for the Distance Superior Education Institute (INSEDI): considerations for learning evaluation
Abstract
Evaluation as a formative process is a complex and wide activity executed during the whole formation process. Evaluation tries to measure and to value the level of knowledge and the development of competitions and skills that the student achieves in every academic program. This process response tries to answer the following questions: what to evaluate?, why to evaluate?, and how to evaluate?. That is why evaluative processes are important and must be included in different learning environment, because they allow visualization of didactic and pedagogic strategies in the development of self-learning modules these strategies must help the construction of appropiate environments for distance education. In the elaboration of the module, the author must raise the objetives and the competitions that the students must reach in the development of every subject. Consequently, the author must handle processes and basic instruments to develop the objective tests of evaluation, which must focus from the cognitive, affective, aptitudinal and practical fields.
