Las Curtiembres del Corredor Villapinzón-Chocontá y el Río Bogotá
Abstract
The tannery through the time has been the focus of the environmental problem located between these two towns in Cundinamarca province. The first one is the contamination by effluents to the Bogotá River and the second one is the illegal production of the tanneries against the Colombian environment laws ruling to the respect. This article describes the social environment, and the economic variables embedded in the problem and how to solve them by using the conciliation of the agents involved in the facts.
