Hacia el "origen" del gasto social: tres tesis en torno al discurso de la modernización
Abstract
The discursive studies about the form in which it is constructed, are interpreted and is lived the social reality, have had hard developments from the sixties, focusing the attention on the dynamics ofthe development, the effects of the colonialism, the role of the woman in the society, among other themes. To the interior of these problems, the process of the Modernization and its analysis have had a traditional direction between economic and the burocratic thing. To recognize how this evolution occurs and what roll plays within the framework of the configuration of the State from a discursive perspective, is the main object of this document. This work will allow us to establish new elements in order to better understand how the concept of "social expense" is constructed, and how it is materialized today.
