El Tiempo y la Decisión en la Organización desde una Perspectiva Cultural
Abstract
This article makes an approach to the topic of temporality of decision from a cultural point of view. The five-level model of organization proposed by Génelot will be used to analyze the different types of decisions that are made in each one of the organizational levels, their cultural features and the underlying notion of time; and the implications of the notion of 'gap' between decision and organizational action (as long as it is influenced by the temporary factor), for each one of the levels and for the organization as a whole.
