Dynamics Of UMNG ́S Research-Based Groups
Abstract
This paper firstly describes the process of research-based groups at UMNG and evidences the low active participation of students as a result of various endogenous and exogenous factors. This paper secondly brings to light some recommendations to improve students’ participation in scenarios that create somehow a scientific culture at UMNG. This paper thirdly poses the need to create internal and external knowledge networks and, finally, suggests the inclusion of research processes within the different subjects to create appropriate conditions for students to begin researching.
