Strategy Formation in Mintzberg and Posibilities of its Contribution in the Future

Abstract

This review article is directed to acknowledge the main contributions relates to the manner how strategy is made and the cycles produced by its formation, paying particular attention to Henry Mintzberg’s work. Then, main aspects of the author are presented with habi- tual approaches and possible contribution it provides to the field.
