Error Psychology and SisGRECOR (Resource Management System for Risk Control)

Abstract

Error is inherent to human condition, therefore in any human activity are risk that may lead to unfavorable events. The “Resource Management System for Risk Control” (SisGRECOR for its acronym in Spanish) is a set of strategies for the development of risk perception then be able to apply behavioral modifications from the “Behavior-Based Safety” as central issue of the intervention. The objective of the SiSGRECOR is to develop a rational risk management through the knowledge of error psychology and human reliability.
