Abstract

The new security concepts in the hemisphere are perfectly analyzed in the past war between the United States and Irak.

The present writing looks to analyze the conventional concepts of defense and security and to determine how this way it gets short in its analysis to explain the Northamerican intervention to Irak and in conclusion to find other explicative factors that justify the past war.
