Abstract
This article describes a technological model approach applied to the learning process of the Universidad Tecnológica de Bolivar (UTB). It discloses the use of mobile devices as tools to get information, education and training. It also shows the different stages of the plan work performed and visions. This research is the result of the UTB academic community needs.
