Editorial
Abstract
Colombia, a country of multiple meanings and multiculturalism, has made significant progress in a number of economic sectors such as education. Efforts made by governments, institutions and individuals to improve rates and standards that make evident the levels of development can´t be ignored.
All present and future actions are addressed, among other indicators, to promote quality as a key requirement for each process unfolding in the academy, engaging its actors —teachers and students— and society as a productive space where knowledge is invigorated to become a service.
